Terms of Service

This Master Terms of Service agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (the “User,” “you,” or “your”) and **Pak Eagle Enterprises**, operating under the trade name **ForexGuru.pk** (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Agreement governs your comprehensive access to and utilization of the ForexGuru.pk portal, its proprietary trading signals, institutional market analysis, custom technical indicators, and all educational assets curated by Dr. Zia-al-Hassan.

1. Legal Capacity & Age Restriction

By accessing or utilizing our services, you explicitly represent and warrant that you are at least **eighteen (18) years of age** and possess the full legal capacity and authority to enter into this Agreement. Financial trading involves significant legal and fiduciary responsibilities; therefore, individuals under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from utilizing our signals or educational resources. We reserve the right to terminate access to any user found to be in violation of this age mandate.

2. Intellectual Property & Proprietary Assets

2.1 Copyright Ownership

Every element of the ForexGuru.pk ecosystem—including but not limited to technical analysis methodologies, custom MetaTrader 4/5 scripts, VSA indicators, Elliott Wave variants, digital eBooks, webinars, and historical signal logs—is the exclusive intellectual property of **Pak Eagle Enterprises** and **Dr. Zia-al-Hassan**. These assets are protected by international copyright treaties and domestic intellectual property laws.

2.2 Use Restrictions & Copyright Infringement

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize our content for individual educational purposes only. **Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, commercial cloning, or public dissemination of our proprietary materials may violate applicable copyright laws** and will result in immediate termination of service and potential legal action. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding the “white-labeling” of our signals for third-party commercial ventures.

2.3 Copyright Complaint Procedure

If you have reason to believe that any content on our platform infringes upon your intellectual property rights, please submit a detailed complaint to **support@forexguru.pk**. Your notice must include: (a) a description of the copyrighted work, (b) the location of the allegedly infringing material on our site, and (c) your contact information. We will investigate and respond to all valid claims in accordance with professional legal standards.

3. Nature of Content & Educational Intent

“ARTICLE 3.A: ALL CONTENT PROVIDED BY FOREXGURU.PK, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TRADING SIGNALS AND TECHNICAL ANALYSIS, IS STRICTLY FOR EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES. IT DOES NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, CONSTITUTE FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, OR TRADING ADVICE. EVERY TRADE EXECUTED BY THE USER IS AN INDEPENDENT DECISION MADE AT THE USER’S SOLE DISCRETION AND RISK.”

The “Free Signals Project (2015)” was established with the specific objective of providing a **Strategy Validation** benchmark. These signals are professional market views shared to help retail traders verify their own independent analysis. We do not guarantee profits, nor do we assume responsibility for your trading outcomes.

4. Broker Partnerships & Facilitation Services

ForexGuru.pk maintains formal, strategic partnerships with global brokerage firms (e.g., Exness, OctaFX). These relationships are specifically designed to address and resolve the “Trust Deficit” and systemic banking hurdles faced by Pakistani clients regarding deposits and withdrawals.

Facilitator Role: We act as a trusted local facilitator and advocate to ensure smooth financial transitions for our community. We provide verification and support for domestic transactions to enhance the reliability of the broker-client bridge.
Contractual Separation: While we facilitate the relationship, the ultimate financial and legal contract for trading services exists solely between the User and the respective Brokerage firm. ForexGuru.pk is not liable for broker-side technical failures, execution latency, or insolvency.

5. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pak Eagle Enterprises, Dr. Zia-al-Hassan, and our affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses—including but not limited to loss of capital, trading deficits, or technical interruptions—arising from the use of our signals or educational materials. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless our entity from any claims, damages, or legal fees resulting from your misuse of the platform or violation of this Agreement.

6. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

This Agreement and all matters arising out of your use of ForexGuru.pk shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of **Punjab, Pakistan**. Any legal action, dispute, or controversy arising between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in **Punjab, Pakistan**.
